Investing in the future is key when working in the construction industry. Investing in plant and machinery; infrastructure and the next generation. This week we held the first day of a series of training days where we are investing in our employees. We are proud to say that we invest in our employees no matter what their age, nationality or background. We are able to expand their qualifications and confidence around plant and machinery. Over these training days we are putting them through their paces with digger, roller and dumper tests. The first round of employees all passed the theory and practical elements of their training. One of our employees previously worked with garage doors and gates and now through training, has a full list of certifications and is now a fully competent machine operator.
We would like to thank Terry from Terra Train for the coming over from Lincolnshire and allowing our employees this opportunity.

We have also now finished moving the two trailers to and from the Royal Norfolk Show
